when in photoshop they enlargened her eyes, dropped down the coller bone, enlongated her neck, enlarged her lips, cleared up her acne, darkened her hair, and made her cheek bones more prominate

i dont think that it is ethical, because what if that person didnt want thier appearance to be changed. i can understand if you want certain colors to me prominate than ithers but to change someone elses appearnce isn't right.
