1) You would have to increase the shutter speed because you are trying to capture a moving picture.
2) You would put it on F-22 because it is a Bright-Sunny day and if you had it on F-2 your picture would come out white because the light would over expose the film.

2- F-2 might lead to an over exposed image, but this is about depth of field. The higher the depth of field, the more is in focus. The higher the f stop, the higher the depth of field, so the answer is f-22.
